Our Aerobic Kickboxing program is a dynamic cardiovascular workout which uses the basic Tae Kwon Do kicks in combination with boxing punches, footwork, and body mechanics. Our classes offer SELF-DEFENSE and increased SELF-CONFIDENCE while enhancing MUSCLE TONE, STRENGTH, ENDURANCE, and AEROBIC CONDITIONING. Most participants are adults who want to learn a little self-defense without all the traditional bowing, uniforms, color belt testing, bare feet, and uniforms. Others appreciate the fact that it provides more of a physical challenge than basic aerobics or step classes. Muscle & Fitness Magazine (March, 1996) ranks kickboxing as the #1 fat burner (800 Calories per hour)! Best of all, it.s so fun that you forget that you.re exercising!
